Estavana Polman said goodbye to her grandfather on Friday. The 30-year-old handball player shares two photos of the funeral on Instagram.
“Rest in peace, Grandma, give grandma a big hug upstairs”, the pictures read. One image shows how the coffin is being carried inside, the other photo shows Polman standing next to her grandfather’s coffin.
The photos were also shared by Dario Polman, the handball player’s twin brother. Like his sister, Dario is also a professional handball player. He plays for Bevo HC. Estavana recently left Team Esbjerg. Next season she will be active for Nykøbing Falster.
