MT Melsungen just isn’t gaining momentum in the new year. The North Hessians also lost the second game after the World Cup break on Thursday evening, in the home game against Leipzig it was 28:29 at the end of an exciting game from the North Hessians’ point of view. Already the game against Bergischer HC had lost the MT at the weekend by just one point.
Against Leipzig, the Melsunger were behind by three goals at the break, but fought back in the second half. In the final minutes, however, the guest from Leipzig had the better end for themselves.
