MT Melsungen also wins the third game of the season in the handball Bundesliga and overtakes champions THW Kiel. Despite a long lead, HSG Wetzlar is again empty handed.

The Bundesliga handball players from MT Melsungen are still unstoppable. The North Hesse team won 33:26 (19:9) against HSV Hamburg on Thursday and celebrated their third win in the third game of the season. Due to the defeat of champions THW Kiel in Flensburg, the North Hessians are now leaders of the table.

The Melsungers’ best throwers were Julius Kühn and Igor Matinovic with five goals each.
