boo! Today the creepy monsters are out and about in the city again. Because it’s Halloween. Originally widespread in Catholic Ireland, it shudders powerfully in the capital.

Skulls, severed limbs and bathing trunks: on Sunday, the “Hauptstadtsup’ers” paddled disguised as monsters with their stand-up boards from the Kiehlufer to the Urbanhafen and back with a lot of goosebumps.

They paddled for the third time "capital super'ers" on Halloween via the Landwehr Canal. For the first time with swimming trunks instead of a dry suit under the scary costume

If it’s “trick or treating” at the front door today, you should calm down the little elves, devils or vampires with sweets.

► Gentle vampires who are not afraid of daylight are looking for blood for Berlin patients: The DRK team invites you to donate blood in a scary, beautiful atmosphere in the DRK blood donation center in Alexa on Alexanderplatz (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and in the DRK blood donation center on Hindenburgdamm 30A (Lichterfelde, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.).

► Carving pumpkins and cooking up witch recipes: The Filmpark Babelsberg is transformed into a scary paradise (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

► The big bad wolf and Little Red Riding Hood are racing at the Halloween Run in the Volkspark Jungfernheide (Charlottenburg-North) from 5.30 p.m. There is a costume contest.

It's not just the boaters who are scared: Mirco (46) paddles through Kreuzberg as a creepy clown
