Nik Omladic (33) is returning to Germany six months after his contract with Hansa Rostock ended. The winger signed a contract with Hallesches FC on Friday. The working paper is valid for the current season and can be automatically extended by one year “if necessary”. Omladic was available on a free transfer after he and Slovenian club Rudar Velenje parted ways in mid-January after just four months.
“In Nik Omladic we were able to win an excellent footballer for HFC who can fill different positions, has shown individual class and has a lot of experience. He should help us to achieve the goals we have set ourselves,” commented sporting director Ralf Minge on the second commitment in the current winter transfer window. The HFC announced that the squad for the second half of the season was complete.
