Half of the Place de la Concorde in the French capital Paris will become car-free after the summer. The area from the Jardin des Tuileries park to the obelisk in the center of the square will then be kept free for pedestrians. This was reported by the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, in the newspaper ‘La Tribune Dimanche’.
