Half of employees think wages are unfair: women in particular feel underpaid

Women and workers in particular lack a good balance between pay and performance. Belgian employees give their wages an average score of 6.6 out of 10, according to a survey commissioned by HR service provider Tempo-Team on Wednesday. Yet more than half (52%) of employees believe their wages are unfair because they feel it is disproportionate to their duties and responsibilities. Even 69% of female employees are dissatisfied with their wages. Workers are also noticeably less happy with their wages than employees and civil servants.
