Guy Swinnen (62) has a new album out: ‘Rock Ain’t Dead, It Just Smells Funny’. It is the first album he releases with the Guy Swinnen Band. “We wanted to do it the way it had to be done, so we spared no expense,” says ‘Primo’. But of course there are also references to The Scabs, the rock group with which Guy caused a furore for decades, and to The Scabs guitarist Willy Willy, who passed away three years ago. “With every song I wrote, I thought, ‘What would Willy think of that?’
