Gustavo Sprei, How were the beginnings in your profession?
For 25 years, after having worked for several years within the context of the private sphere indirectly within them I dedicated myself to the training and training area. In 2000 I decided to take an important step and leave the dependency relationship and start with my own entrepreneurship in consulting and training. I was very lucky because I very quickly began to work for companies such as OSDE and the insurance box, they gave me the thrust that needed and obviously the economic tranquility to continue building
What are the services they provide to the public?
In the consultant we are a team of interdisciplinary professionals, so his name, Three approacheswe complement each other, Human capital, planning and financial and economic projects and aspects. We work on comprehensive consulting programs, from problems related to human capital as financial aspects. Incompany training on topics linked to leadership, individual and management coaching, teamwork, quality of care and service and the management training program where participants participate and interact in a networking. Our great challenge is that the members of the companies understand the value of their work.
How do you project for the future?
We consider the context is great opportunity. Currently, companies have to adapt (adaptive intelligence) to compete in a stability context where the differential is and will be the value proposition, and the value proposition will not only be due to the product / service but by the internal value chain that is responsible for delivery. The service will be the fundamental value. For us change is a great opportunity.
What are your differentials in the field?
Our ability and ability to adapt to different contexts and business structures, from MSMEs to companies of more than 300 employees, our experience of having managed work teams within companies, knowing the difficulties of the internal context of companies from the inside, emphatically, we live it. Knowing inside gives us a great differential. Our differential value is in our adaptability to each client.
If you started again, what would you do differently?
The first might have traveled less and share more time with my children. Work more as a team, dominate anxiety. It is very difficult to talk about the Hub or there would be. Maybe having planned more.
