Guitarist known from the rock band Carlos Santana Carlos Santana74, collapsed during a performance in Michigan on Tuesday night, NBC News reported.
According to Santana’s manager, the guitarist’s collapse was caused by heat and dehydration.
Santana, who is on tour with Earth, Wind & Fire, reportedly collapsed during the show. He was taken to the emergency room for observation. According to the manager, Santana is fine.
Santana’s next concert is postponed until further notice. It is not yet known when the guitarist can perform again.
The tour has 21 performance dates left until August. Later in the fall, the guitarist is scheduled to perform in Las Vegas.
In December, Santana canceled several shows in Las Vegas due to heart surgery.
Santana has performed in Finland in 2018.
