In his career, the West Flemish won the Driedaagse De Panne-Koksijde (2014), the Omloop van het Houtland (2011), Le Samyn (2017) and the Antwerp Port Epic (2018). He also took a stage victory in the Eneco Tour and in Dwars door West-Flanders. Van Keirsbulck became a professional at Quick Step in 2011, for which he would work until 2016. Afterwards he rode around in the shirts of Wanty-Groupe Gobert, CCC and Alpecin-Fenix. He was part of the team at his last employer, Bingoal WB, for no more than a year.
