The next joint collection by the German designer Guido Maria Kretschmer and the online retailer About You offers menswear for the first time in addition to pieces for women.
For men, Kretschmer relies on classic pieces such as shirts, coats and knitted sweaters as well as more casual pieces such as hoodies, the Hamburg online retailer announced on Friday. In addition to men’s fashion, pieces for women, including the ‘curvy’ range, are also offered, as in previous collections.
“It was my wish to make my GMK Collection designs accessible to men as well and thus come closer to my goal of democratic fashion,” said the designer. “Everyone should have the opportunity to dress lightly and stylishly in the urban world without having to forego quality and comfort.”
For the current collection, which will be shown on September 23 at the About You Fashion Week in Milan, Kretschmer was inspired by Amsterdam. However, the pieces are already available from About You from September 9th.
