Security guard Aaron Salter was killed in a shooting at a supermarket in the American city of Buffalo, New York. As a former cop, he got into a gunfight with Payton Gendron. At least one shot hit the target, but the perpetrator’s bulletproof vest neutralized the impact. Then Salter himself was shot. “He died a hero,” his son says. In all, ten people were killed and three injured.
