Gastón Luccioni together with his wife Glenis Jones Ericsson have built a real estate venture that goes beyond business. They are a couple who have stood out for their passion and dedication to what they do, showing that with perseverance and hard work, any dream is possible. “My wife and I met 25 years ago, we studied together as an Auctioneer and Public Broker, and she graduated before me! Later, I did the complementary degree in Real Estate Business at a distance, at the Noteges Business School and at the Universidad del Éxito (UNEN) in Spain. In addition, I did a training on management of savings plans for real estate in 2016 and I am currently studying for a diploma in urban developments. For her part, my wife has a degree in Marketing, a degree in Tourism, a Tourism Guide and a National Public Broker and Auctioneer. Together we form a complementary team that allows us to offer a comprehensive service in the real estate and tourism sector”, describes Gastón.
– What are the companies that you have founded together and what services do you offer?
We have founded three companies. The first is our real estate agency, Emmas House, which we founded in 2012. In 2015, we founded our travel and tourism agency, Club Vacazion Jones, which focuses on travel abroad, outbound tourism. Finally, we created the Construction and Real Estate Developer AVUC SRL. Each company offers different services, but all are related to the real estate and tourism sector.
– What projects are currently underway?
We are very excited about our upcoming launch on May 1st, a 2 condominium complex in the prestigious Los Canales neighborhood of Plottier. On the other hand, we are also working on the project to develop 200 apartments in six condominiums on the coast of the Neuquén River. In both projects, we focus on providing families with homes with amenities such as a swimming pool, sum, green spaces, among others, and especially located in a privileged and natural environment very close to the city, in this case, just 5 minutes from the center of the Neuquén capital. Those interested in having their own home on Premium Channels may enter with a ticket from US$ 10,000, and the balance may be financed in pesos for up to 96 months, adjusted by the ICAC index.
– They have also just developed a real estate savings plan that they will launch soon. What does it consist of?
We are just a few days away from launching our registered brand on the market in 2020, Emas Credit-Tu Plan en Cuotas, which is a real estate savings plan designed for middle-class people who want to make a safe investment, starting their monthly payment from half a square meter.
