Energy costs are on average 24 percent lower than the current market supply, based on the most affordable comparable contracts from the largest energy suppliers. For professional consumers that is a difference of 20 percent.
The group purchasing energy contracts have variable prices that follow market developments. “We are satisfied with the bid and the winning suppliers. Through the auction we not only have competitive prices, but we also make firm agreements with them about a customer-friendly approach regarding, among other things, the advance payment, invoices and customer service,” says deputy Jurgen Vanlerberghe.
