Belgium must argue for a rapid and coordinated exit of the Member States of the European Union from the Energy Charter Treaty. Groen and Ecolo argued this on Monday. According to the green parties, the treaty protects investments in fossil fuels at a time when full efforts must be made for the transition to climate neutrality.
