Basic green pass for styling or shaving
More generally, the certification obtained with a tampon negative done in the previous 72 hours, if molecular, or in the previous 48 hours, if antigenic, it will be necessary for those who will access the so-called “personal services“.
An obligation that will remain so at least until the end of the state of emergency, set for next March 31st. Also from today, the simple green pass it will also be necessary for those who will do it visit to adult and minor prisoners.
But the deadline is still long. So let’s see the main dates.
From 1 February for public offices
From 1 February 2022 the basic green pass will be required also to access public offices, postal, banking and financial services and to enter certain commercial activities, therefore shops, but also shopping centers. It won’t help, instead, for those activities deemed essential such as groceries, supermarkets, local markets, pharmacies, parapharmacies, opticians, petrol stations, newspaper kiosks.
But there precise list we will probably know between today and tomorrow, when Draghi will sign the decree which will contain the list of all activities exempt from the green certificate.
Also on February 1st the vaccination obligation for over 50s will also be triggered residents in Italy which will remain in force until 15 June next. Without age limits, however, the vaccination obligation will be extended to university staff, thus equated to the scholastic one.
Fines and penalties from February 1st
For all those who are not up to date with the vaccination obligation, starting from February 1st, there will be a one-off penalty of 100 euros. The Revenue Agency will take care of issuing it, by crossing the data of the resident population with those resulting from the regional or provincial vaccination registries.
For people who, on the other hand, they will access services and activities without a green pass where it is mandatory to have it, there is one fine from 400 to 1,000 euros. The same sanction applies to the person required to check possession of the Green Pass if he fails to check.
From February 15th super green pass to access work
From 15 February, then, to all public and private sector workers, from 50 years of age, the Super green pass will then be required, what is achieved only with recovery or vaccination to enter the workplace. The rule will remain in force until next June 15th. Green certification will also be required to participate in public competitions.
The sanction provided for in the event that public and private workers and unvaccinated freelancers access the workplace in violation of the obligation, will be from 600 to 1,500 euros.
As is already the case for workers without a green pass, also workers over the age of fifty who from 15 February will be without a reinforced green pass when entering the workplace, will be considered absent unjustifiedthe. There will be no other disciplinary consequences and they will retain the right to the employment relationship, but without remuneration or other remuneration.
