Green cleaning: do yourself and the environment a favor

Look at an average cleaning product in the supermarket or drugstore and you will be overwhelmed by the selection. There is a cleaner for almost every surface and every material. From descalers and degreasers to stainless steel, glass, toilet, bathroom and all-purpose cleaners – also in wet wipes – to the most chemical of all: chlorine bleach. And all that in fancy packaging, countless scents and colors and every brand really claims to be the very best cleaner. But nothing could be further from the truth, because at the bottom of those shelves, it turns out that’s where the real powerhouses are when it comes to cleaning: green soap, soda and cleaning vinegar.
