According to information from “Bild”, the latest project “Jan Ullrich Re:Tour22”, as part of which the 48-year-old offers a four-day bike tour with him through French Provence in mid-September, is already completely sold out – even though there are interested parties amateur cyclists whopping 25,000 euros per person.
For this proud sum, the “Ulle” fans get a lot: In addition to four days on the bike at the side of the Tour de France winner from 1997, according to information on Ullrich’s website, there are five nights in a superior hotel, all accommodation , Meals, Bikes and “On and Off Bike Assistance and More”. A trip with Ullrich to the legendary Mont Ventoux beckons as a special treat.

The trip is advertised as a “unique, exclusive international event for networking with other interested cycling enthusiasts and business people”. It’s a “social cycling event,” not a “competitive training camp or race.”
The Ullrich Tour is led by Dirk Baldinger, German amateur road race champion from 1994.
“I have conquered many peaks in my cycling career. Mont Ventoux has always been a very special mountain for me. In September I want to climb the summit again and experience the unique colors and landscapes of Provence in southern France. There are some places to accompany me for five days on this exclusive and special section of the Tour de France,” said Ullrich via Instagram.
