It has been eight years since the Nintendo Switch came on the market. In the meantime, more than 146 million in the world have been sold and it can call itself one of the most popular consoles ever in addition to the Nintendo DS and PlayStation 2.

Compared to the first Switch edition, there are few major changes. The screen is getting bigger, from 6.2 inch to 7.9. Furthermore, the image quality goes up a bit and the Joycons are now attached to the device with a magnet.

Game chat in Nintendo Switch 2

On the Switch 2 there is also a function that seems to go back to the Coronapandemie. With ‘Gamechat’ users can talk live with friends and family while gaming. There is a built -in microphone in the console.

It doesn’t stop there. You can also film yourself with a special camera. With this you can, as it were, sit in a game. This function is available immediately on June 5, but requires a Nintendo Switch online.
