Great family outing: This is the program of the 112 Safety Day

Tough firemen and women, police bikers, enforcers, police horses and ambulance employees: you can meet them all on Saturday 11 June during the 112 Safety Day Zoetermeer.

Watch demonstrations by emergency services during the entrapment of motorists after an accident, learn how to extinguish a flame in a pan and see what an ambulance looks like inside. How quickly does a fire start, how do you recognize a cannabis farm and what do you do in the event of internet fraud: you will receive an answer to this during the 112 Safety Day.

This is for children to do

The above program is for all ages, but there are nice extras for children. They can admire the vehicles up close or have a photo taken of themselves on a police or fire engine. They can spray with water at the fire brigade, have their faces painted and have a fake wound made on an arm or leg.

The 112 Safety Day Zoetermeer will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the event site at Silverdome (Van der Hagenstraat). Come on foot or by bike, there are a limited number of parking spaces available. Because of the warm weather there are water taps, so bring your (empty) bottle!
