M.entre the world mourns the disappearance of Olivia Newton-Johnanother actor of Grease jumps to the headlines: the 65 year old Eddie Deezenwho played the “geek” Eugene Felsnic in the musical, was deemed incapable of understanding and wanting to cause of a mental disorder in a trial for theft in a nursing home. The actor was then transferred for treatment to the Maryland Department of Health.

Deezen was considered by the judges dangerous to himself and to others. For this reason, according to reports from TMZ, will remain entrusted to the care of the health department until the court finds that the man no longer poses a threat due to his ailment. A disturbance which, however, was not specified in detail in the custody order.

Arrested in April
The actor, also known for having lent his voice to several animation characters (particularly in cartoons Dexter’s laboratory And Kim Possible), had been arrested in April and accused of invading private property in a nursing home in Allegany County: during his blitz Deezen had left objects and messages addressed to the facility.
Already reported in the past
Previously, the actor had been sued for breaking into his neighbors’ vehicles. However, Deezen had already been arrested for a previous episode. In September of last year, he had gone into a rage inside a restaurant in LaVale and, upon the arrival of the police, he had thrown plates, bowls and food at the policemen.
