Grandma’s tasty lingonberry pie

Grandma’s tasty lingonberry pie

8 dl wheat flour

3–4 dl sugar

250 g of melted margarine

2 teaspoons of soda

1 egg

2 dl buttermilk

0.5–1 l of lingonberries

1. Mix wheat flour, sugar, margarine and soda together. Set aside 2 dl of the crumbly dough.

2. Add buttermilk and egg to the dough and mix until smooth.

3. Spread the dough on the baking sheet on top of the baking paper.

4. Sprinkle the lingonberries on top of the dough.

5. Add the dough crumb set aside on top.

6. Bake at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes.
