of the Grand Designs Finland program presenter, architect Sampa Lappalainen and writer-speaker Jenni Janakka got engaged at the sensational Burning Man festival earlier this month. The festivals were organized in the USA in the Nevada desert.

The huge rains turned the festival area, the desert, into a real muddy field.

Lappalainen had planned engagements in advance.

– However, I could see the morning sun rising in my mind. This option was still not available, so we listened to the patter of the rain, Lappalainen says Estoniaat the press conference of the series.

– Then it occurred to me that if Samppa proposes to me, I will say yes, Janakka laughs.

The couple met each other in June of this year, so they got engaged after a couple of months of dating.

– You knew right away that the search, which had lasted a really long time, had ended. After our second date, we have been closely together all summer.

The couple has not yet decided on the exact date of the wedding. Janakka says that the year 2025 could be good.

– Joanna and Minna were together for 10 years before the wedding. That if a little faster, Lappalainen laughs.
