Government pacts in the provincial capitals of Spain after the municipal ones 28M

The constitution of the new city councils resulting from the municipal elections of May 28 have turned the PP into the hegemonic party of the spanish political mapwith at least 30 municipalities of provincial capitals, in addition to the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. In five of these cities, the popular will go in coalition with Vox. The big loser in terms of power is the PSOE, which went from having 22 mayors to only 9.
