Fernando López Miras has just put an end to his “long journey since the last regional elections”, which were held on May 28. This Monday he took office and was sworn in as president of the Government of the Murcia Region.

The environment has also had its place in his speech: “It is urgent to work for our Mar Menorfor its protection like that of all the natural spaces of our land”.

To achieve these goals, López Miras has advanced that he will appeal to understanding, seeking “the social consensus and the political agreement in the Regional Assembly or wherever necessary”.
