G.great excitement this summer in the world of catering throughout Italy. So many new openings – much awaited – which finally see the light this summer and we expect just as many for September. Restaurants fine dining, but also cocktail bars for pairing, all the new trends in one beautiful rebirth of catering.

On the other hand, 52% of Italians on vacation go in search of gastronomic experiences and 42% are ready to taste everything. This is what emerges from the new “Food and Travel” study byNestlé Observatory, who investigated the new meanings attributed by Italians to their holidays. If in 2018 we mainly asked for relaxation (79%), fun (61%) and new flirts (24%), today we are ready to travel to eat special things. So here are the news not to be missed!

And there is also excitement in the world of chefs, because if it is true that there is sometimes a lack of qualified personnel, the best know that this is the period to make progress or to change restaurant.

We will find then Giancarlo Perbellinithe 2 Michelin star chef from Verona, al Trussardi alla Scala and by the Cerea brothers at City Life; Luca Abruzzino has closed its restaurant in Catanzaro Lido (1 Michelin star) and will reopen its fine dining in Lamezia Terme (near the airport) in the autumn but in the meantime this summer you can find it at SoveratoCalabrian seaside resort, al Breeze-fish and chill.
