Led by the strong former world champion Mario Götze, the Dutch first division soccer team PSV Eindhoven has made it into the quarter-finals of the Conference League.
The former Bundesliga professional prepared the opening goal in the 4-0 (2-0) win at FC Copenhagen and also scored the 2-0. Eindhoven dominated the game throughout the game and, like in the first leg (4-4), scored four goals.
Götze prepared Eran Zahavi for the lead in the 10th minute. His goal (38′) shortly before the break benefited from the preparatory work of ex-Bundesliga professional Philipp Max. After the break, Zahavi scored again (79′), before Nonso Madueke (90′ + 1) marked the final score in injury time.
