A donkey doesn’t hit the same stone twice, but Gordon is not a donkey. He has now reopened his Instagram page and that is of course asking for trouble for someone with such a vain character. Inside no time we can follow Goor’s every poop and fart in real-time, followed by his next flash engagement.

Gordon states that his Instagram page is simply necessary for his career, but what is left there? Which TV boss still wants to do business with him after that publicity drama surrounding his broken engagement and the shameless swipe at his former employer Talpa?
Private boss Evert Santegoeds, also Goor’s arch enemy, has a special tip for the troubled entertainer. “What I would recommend to him: there is a beautiful musical coming up, Moulin Rouge by Stage Entertainment, and it has a leading role that is tailor-made for him,” he says at the desk of Show news.

It would be good if Gordon showed that side, Evert thinks. “I would say: just go for once, so that you don’t have to pull the cart yourself, be in a musical for a year or six months if necessary. Boy George is playing that role on Broadway right now. That’s just like looking at Gordon almost.”
Because that musical career that Goor wants to revive? According to Evert, that’s not going to happen. “It doesn’t sell albums, it streams. You don’t hear it on the radio, Dutch music.”
Disciplined
With a musical role, Gordon can prove that he is indeed a celebrity with discipline and a sense of responsibility, according to Evert. “I would say: go into a musical for a while, it shows that you are doing well. Then you are disciplined, because you have to get up at 8.15 pm every evening.”
He concludes: “If you keep that up for six months, I think everyone will dare to do business with you again.”
