Fenerbahce Opet defeated Spain’s Tenerife La Laguna 3-0 (25-17, 27-25, 25-14) in the first match of 2023 CEV Champions League Group D and got its first victory.
Completing the game with 16 points in Fenerbahçe Opet, Russian spiker Arina Federovtseva was selected as the most valuable player (MVP) of the match.
The yellow-dark blue team will be the guest of Germany’s Allianz MTV Stuttgart team on Wednesday, December 21, in their second match in Group D.
