The Dutch relay team in the 4×100 meters is sitting on a golden cloud and has also made an impression in London. Jamile Samuel from Amsterdam, together with N’Ketia Seedo, Marije van Hunenstijn and Tasa Jiya, took the win during the Diamond League game.
In the London Stadium, where the Olympic Games were held in 2012 and AZ recently played the semi-finals of the Conference League, the Dutch sprinters ran a very strong race. Samuel, who started third handed the baton perfectly to Jiya who finished the job. The Netherlands crossed the finish line first and clocked one with 42.38 seconds seasonbest.
