The Italian sportswear provider Golden Goose Group SpA was able to close the 2023 financial year with significant increases in sales and earnings.
According to a statement published on Thursday, sales reached 587 million euros last year. This means it exceeded the 2022 level by 18 percent after adjusting for currency effects.
The sneaker specialist announced that revenues had grown not least thanks to the expansion of its own retail in all market regions. During the year, the brand opened 21 new stores, bringing its total to 191 locations at the end of December.
The company was also able to significantly increase its operating profit. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) adjusted for special effects amounted to 149 million euros, which corresponded to an increase of 22 percent compared to the previous year.
