The top scorer in the history of the Panamanian men’s national soccer team Luis Tejada has died at the age of 41.
ESPN Deportes according to Tejada died on Sunday after suffering a heart attack on the soccer field during a recreational league game in the country’s capital, Panama City.
Tejada played 108 matches in the national team and appeared, among other things, in the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Tejada’s professional career began in 2001 and lasted until the 2020s.
