Goal-rich practice match ends in profit for Telstar

Telstar again managed to remain undefeated in the exhibition campaign. The White Lions tied Excelsior Maassluis to the victory on Saturday afternoon. It became 5-3 in Velsen-Zuid, partly due to two hits from Youssef El Kachati.

The exhibition match against second divisionist Excelsior Maassluis was part of the open day, which is on the program for the first time since 2019.

In one of the first attacks of the home team it was already hit. Tom Overtoom signed for the 1-0. Despite a few small chances from the visitors from Maassluis, the score remained unchanged before the break. Just like in the first half, Telstar scored quickly in the second.
