Lto formula Knives Out like it, and winking at the successes of Agatha Christie, glass onion is having the same success as Dinner with Crime. The atmosphere, the location and the cast of stars change – including exceptional cameos like the flash of Angela Lansbury –, but the role of remains central Daniel Craig in the role by Detective Benoit Blanc.
Written and directed by Rian Johnson, Onion does not pretend to be a sequel to the first chapter. As though the film released in 2019, it is still a display of peculiar characters, idiosyncrasies, obsessions and secret plans with the genius of Blanc at the centreand her irresistible attire (here in a seaside-chic version).

The title is linked to the name of the private island in the Mediterranean and the villa of the brilliant and bored billionaire MilesBron (John Cusack); the very contours of the dome at the top of the villa are reminiscent of an onion. In this location, Born, invites a group of friends met in the past in a bar, absolutely different in profession and personality, but all potentially united by friction and hidden envy towards him.

The cast and guest stars: Angela Lansbury and beyond
See the unforgettable again Angela Lansbury in her latest cameois certainly one of the surprises of glass onion, but not the only one.
