Glasner, Tuchel and Co. take part in the UEFA coaching forum

Eintracht Frankfurt’s successful coach Oliver Glasner took part in a forum for top European coaches in Nyon together with the German coaches Thomas Tuchel and Roger Schmidt.

As the European Football Union announced, ten coaches met in the House of European Football to discuss the new format of international club competitions.

The development of a system of financial sustainability for the participating clubs and refereeing were also important issues.

“We met in a more relaxed atmosphere to talk and learn from each other about the game, coaching, management and training,” said Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag.

Among others, Carlo Ancelotti from Champions League winners Real Madrid was also part of the panel discussion.

“We heard different opinions around the table and many persuasive remarks and suggestions that UEFA will take into account when discussing the future of football,” said Zvonimir Boban, UEFA technical director and chief football officer.
