Borussia Mönchengladbach will be without midfielder Manu Koné for two games.
The German Football Association’s sports court suspended the 22-year-old for two championship games after his red card against 1. FC Cologne, as the DFB announced.
Koné had fouled Dejan Ljubicic with his leg stretched out and was shown a red card after a review. The club and players have already accepted the verdict.
Koné will be missing from Borussia this Saturday (3:30 p.m./Sky) against promoted team 1. FC Heidenheim and on November 4th (3:30 p.m.) against SC Freiburg.
