UPDATEA nine-year-old girl was injured on Saturday in the Antwerp district of Borgerhout when a confetti cannon exploded. That’s what the local police say. The facts took place at the youth festival DiverCity, of the youth movement of PVDA, on Spoor Oost. “It was a great festival with 4,000 young people, a pity about those few bad apples,” says Manal Toumi of the organization.
