The gruesome discovery happened around 11 p.m. Friday evening in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. After the girl was reported missing by her father, the police discovered elements in the basement of the building where the family lives that indicated a possible kidnapping.
According to BFMTV, the police discovered on images from a security camera that a woman was moving through the building with a heavy suitcase, which she could only carry with great difficulty. The body of the teenage girl was found curled up in the same suitcase around 11 p.m.
The police have opened a murder investigation.
