The Gin tonic is the cocktail of this quarter of an hour. It has been experiencing a revival since the end of 2020. Its consumption has grown and Argentines choose it in different consumption formats: gin plus tonic, which is its most traditional form; also in cans (ready to drink); and shot in barrelthe most innovative dispensing system that manages to serve four drinks per minute, speeding up times without losing quality along the way.
This last system was created by the brothers Bruno and Franco Moretti of Moretti Distillery. His invention, which is over five years old, can be found in various bars in bars in Argentina, and now also Spain. “When we developed it in 2018, there were no previous experiences in the world. We even conducted searches in multiple languages and were thrilled to discover that no one had done it before,” he explained. Franco Moretti.
“Let’s say that mixing gin with tonic is not surprising in itself, but it is standardizing the process in a way of manufacturing and marketing on a large scale, with a gin and tonic that meets everything it must have, with the right proportions and the ideal gasification , with no risk of failure”, explained Moretti, one of those responsible for the venture. Where to try it?
