The Giants e-sportsmen go to the Valorant World Cup. By winning the Last Chance Qualifier of the EMEA region, the team has qualified for the world championship called Champions.
In the final of the EMEA region qualifying tournament, which includes Europe, the team defeated the Valorant pros Natus Vincere, or Navi for short, 3-0. “It’s a great feeling because we’ve developed a lot as a team and achieved our goal of becoming champions,” said Giants coach Daniil “pipsoN” Meshcheryakov in the tournament stream.
Despite the defeat, Navi is also qualified for the World Cup, which will take place in Los Angeles from August 6th. Fnatic, Team Liquid and FUT Esports from the EMEA region had previously bought the World Cup ticket.
