AALST – A delivery van of courier service PostNL killed two people on Monday in Aalst, East Flanders. A delivery man left the engine of his van running when he wanted to deliver a package and that suddenly shot forward – without a driver at the wheel. “Suddenly I heard a bang, after which people started shouting.”
