A 19-year-old man from Poland was taken off the A2 by the traffic police on Friday because he drove wrongly on the emergency lane. This is reported by the East Brabant traffic police on Twitter.
The man drove near Boxtel. He appeared to be under the influence of cannabis. The police have arrested the man. Blood was then taken at the police station.
The man was riding a moped or scooter, as can be seen in a photo of the traffic police.
