The German rapper Loredana will be a juror in the 21st season of “Deutschland sucht den Superstar”.
The “DSDS” jury is now finally complete. On its official Instagram account, the TV show announces that the German rapper Loredana will be taking part in the coming season. The Swiss will sit at the jury table together with Beatrice Egli, Dieter Bohlen and Pietro Lombardi.
“I owe a lot to music”
In the second slide of the Instagram post, the artist says that she has resolved to “always remain authentic” for the season. In a “Bild” interview, she added that she now wants to give talented new musicians the chance to show themselves. “I owe a lot to music. Above all, I learned from her that you can achieve anything if you believe in yourself and work hard. ‘DSDS’ is the perfect introduction for talented artists to start a music career.”
Former winner and colleague Pietro Lombardi warmly welcomes the rapper to the casting show. He has known Beatrice Egli and Loredana personally “for a very long time” and is very pleased that the two will be part of the new jury. Pop titan Dieter Bohlen made it clear with this announcement that Loredana could “judge things completely differently” thanks to her rap background.
