Snowboard talent Noah Vicktor started the World Cup season with a very strong performance.
At the Big Air competition in Chur, Switzerland, the 21-year-old from Bischofswiesen just missed the podium in fourth place and booked his best career placement.
“I’m blatantly surprised,” said Vicktor, who has two eighth places in slopestyle so far: “It was very difficult to drive. I just did my best and everything worked out.” Victory went to the former Junior World Champion Takeru Otsuka from Japan, who was also only 21 years old.
