The German rail company Deutsche Bahn wants to motivate employees to save energy in the workplace by offering a one-time bonus of at least 100 euros. “We want to activate all 200,000 employees in Germany, to use all the smaller and larger levers, and arrive at significant savings,” said CEO Martin Seiler on Tuesday.
