National ice hockey player Tim Stützle was injured in the Ottawa Senators’ 3-0 win against the Anaheim Ducks.
The 20-year-old was on the ice for less than three minutes for the Senators before he was ruled out after a check with an upper-body injury. Stützle had been rammed into the gang by an opponent.
On TV pictures it looked like he had pain in his right arm. The Senators did not provide further details after the NHL game. A long absence would be a big blow for the team from the Canadian capital.
