German national coach Julian Nagelsmann makes his debut with victory over USA | Foreign football

Julian Nagelsmann has started his period as Germany coach well. The successor to the dismissed Hansi Flick saw his team win a practice match against the United States in East Hartford on Saturday: 1-3. PSV players Sergiño Dest (starting player) and Ricardo Pepi (substitute) participated in the Americans.

Captain Christian Pulisic gave the United States the lead in the 27th minute. Ilkay Gündogan did something back for the Germans in the first half.

After the break, the team took control of the match. Niclas Füllkrug and Jamal Musiala scored in the 58th and 61st minutes respectively: 1-3.

Germany, organizer of next year’s European Championships, will play another practice match on Wednesday, against Mexico.
