German Chancellor Olaf Scholz sees nothing in the construction of new nuclear power plants despite calls in Germany to make more work of nuclear energy in order to combat emissions. Scholz stated in an interview with the radio station Deutschlandfunk that, as far as he is concerned, nuclear energy is a “dead horse” in Germany.
