Gerhard Polt, the Well brothers & Die Toten Hosen have announced the joint tour “Forever: A cultural impertinence”. Unlike previous joint shows, according to the press release, “a completely new joint stage program” is to be developed for the upcoming concerts. The Hosen and the Well brothers met in 1986 at the Anti-WAAhnsinns Festival in Wackersdorf, where they quickly became friends. Gerhard Polt joined the team. Over time, there have been numerous collaborations, in the studio and on stage.
“Hooray, finally vacation!” Die Toten Hosen cheered according to the press release about the upcoming time together. Gerhard Polt emphasizes: “The equality in our agglomeration gives us the peculiarity!” And the Well brothers are also confident: “It is a great pleasure and honor for us to be on tour again with our friends from Die Toten Hosen and Gerhard go. We will adopt each other’s cultures with enthusiasm and respect, and we will not stop at the volume of our drinking glasses: from 0.2 to one liter, everything is possible! Because we are friends! Forever!” as quoted in the statement.
The presale for the tour starts on June 21, 2023 at 5 p.m. exclusively at www.dth.de.
